friendly receptionists attentive ibrahim late dinner

the receptionists were friendly. ibrahim looked after my son during breakfast. the concierge made sure dinner was still available after a late check-in.

the hotel has limited space outside the entrance.

acceptable stay. some issues arose

inadequate cleaning staff rudeness

the location was convenient for my needs.

Housekeeping did not clean adequately. i found melon seeds and juice remained on the floor even after cleaning. also, a staff member entered my room without proper notice. This was quite disconcerting and unprofessional. the gym was difficult to access and the staff were not attentive. the filipino staff member was very rude when i asked for a towel.
